Oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including questions and answers. Detailed time slots will be provided to each speaker individually soon. Presenters have to send their presentation in .ppt or .pdf format until February 14th at 13:00 to the organisation team.
If it is not possible to send the presentation in time, please inform us before the conference starts.
The poster format is A0 (84.1 cm x 119 cm, portrait format).
Time to mount the poster: between February 14th 10:00 and February 15th 13:30
Time to remove the poster: between February 15th 17:00 and February 16th 13:00
Posters that are not removed in the allocated time, cannot be stored or returned.
The presenting author of each poster must be present during the poster session from 15:15 until 16:15 on February 15th
